If Ericsson has a MOU in their 2G license agreement with IDCC regarding the framework for establishing their 3G license with IDCC..Nokia has had access to the complete uncensored version of that Document.
Now, as to 3G, some of us believe that Ericy has some sort of understanding (be it contractual or otherwise) that if it is upheld that Ericy is the trigger for Nokia 2G rates, then Ericy will (or may have tentatively already committed)agree to a 3G rate with IDCC, which again triggers Nokia now in the 3G rate.
