Hey there! Salaam Alaikoom! I never know who is watching or reading my posts. ;o) I am a pure American Mutt... Irish/German and a little English/Dutch residing in NJ. My Farsi is not very developed, since it's only been 2 years in the making. I am learning it from my soon to be wife, who is an American/Afghan. Funny how life throws us a curve ball now and then. I used to be an ignorant near-sighted Muslim hating man, and then my mind was opened and I learned things about life and people that the rest of the world could learn a thing or two about. I am sure that as I write there are plenty of close-minded individuals reading this now that are passing judgment on me, since the American view of people from the Middle East and Persia is so negative, but that's fine with me... I pass no judgments on people that I do not know personally. See I have the edge... I have survived a motorcycle accident 13 years ago whereby I lost 4 mintues of my life and met the other side... a part of me died in the accident and the survivor is here to say that we all need to learn to get along, since although death is beautiful... well, need I say more. Okay... enough preaching. I am glad you past by and replied... I am more than happy to help with your Farsi... at least if I can. LOL How are you teaching yourself?
