I have yet to see one Cite reflecting where IDCC either CLAIMED or utilized any Dollar expectation prior to IDCC's settlement of the Ericsson litigation..

* Samsung - lost the MFL issue * Nec - pennies on the dollar claimed * Ericy - pennies on the dollar claimed
olddog: Don't waste your breath. Corp doesn't even know what NOK was offering back then to settle. He doesn't really care!! If he did know he might not have anything to B about. IMO NOK was offering very little, maybe pennies. Not pennies on the dollar, just pennies. So IDCC said to them what a lot of us have said to the "boy's"
