no. discuss how shares are being dumped into the market. i know picking on those evil m.m.s is a popular thing to do when people are losing money but they really don't care what the shareprice is. it is hard to admit that a company one is invested in is diluting, but that is the case 99.9% of the time.

Have'nt posted here in a while, but my personal opinion is that if a trade cannot be done during regular hrs, then it should wait for the next trading session. If I was in charge of the SEC regs, not one trade would be allowed after 4:00 pm period. NO IF ANDS OR BUTS. If you missed the bus, find another ride. I've always disagreed on those T forms. All of those big trades are 'arranged ' behind the scenes and have been negotiated. I M O. It's hard to do a big volume trade instantaneously. I'd bet that there were MM s on both sides of it juggling their trading accounts. Not retail, not Institutional, not KATZ, and not their Financiers. But I'm not reading anything into it regarding good news or bad news behind it, nor that it is trading on inside information - which is illegal.
