All of those big trades are 'arranged ' behind the scenes and have been negotiated. I M O. It's hard to do a big volume trade instantaneously. I'd bet that there were MM s on both sides of it juggling their trading accounts. Not retail, not Institutional, not KATZ, and not their Financiers. But I'm not reading anything into it regarding good news or bad news behind it, nor that it is trading on inside information - which is illegal.
