I trade with scottrade, TD Ameritrade, Penson, and Etrade, and they all have had the correct bid and ask the past few days, both on the streamers and the websites. Right around .009 x .01. Have never seen these lower numbers you guys are referring to. I would just forget about it.....non issue.
