Funny how the lawyers failed to ask that "for the record", but an observer didn't "off the record"..........if true, someone needs a new lawyer......

ML, this is true I did have it sent to me. Anyone can get the form by going to the Corcell site and then chat with a customer service rep. She is very helpful. She sent me the form 5 minutes after I requested it.

As I said when I received it Orisis was blacked out. I can't post it because it can't be copied and pasted. That was a week or so after you posted the information. I think it's possible that they saw you were making a connection and decided to black it out.

Amazingly though the critical off the official record remark from a interested CBAI listener in the court room will not be on that transcript... Ya know! The part about off the court reported record, "Hey Matt that was CBAI that made those two offers? Wow!" That will not appear anywhere in that transcript... Right?

Maybe I can get Matt to Announce THE BUYOUT OFFERS on Money TV so some will feel at ease.
