If that is what you have as proof then it is sketchy until proven those statements have originated from Matthew Schissler. Maybe he has a dog that can log on the internet and is advising folks... idk.
Where is the official company PR that states CBAI's Nuissance Lawsuit has been DISMISSED? Also where is the official PR that backs up that FB verbiage? Exactly, none exists to reconcile it. Let me know your thoughts.
