I have to go with what is reported by CBAI... only one LOI. CBAI hasn't said in any PR that it attempted to acquire CRYO-CELL International; not a one. Maybe it attempted to acquire CRYO-CELL DE Mexico twice (2) before it reached an LOI... No theory.
Again, why would CBAI not report to shareholders it attempted to acquire CCEL Int'l twice if the cat is out the bag? Do I believe a couple of folks on a chat board or do I believe the absence of an official PR? No PR it didn't happen... done.
In fact, since this whole thing has blown up, neck has stated, no DW-CBAI offer connection. I gave why such a connection likely doesn't exist. The most concrete being where is the CEO's official PR? FB doesn't count...
The company seeks a massive RS and AS in April... why the AS if it has a Bentley parked in the new driveway; a gift from DW?
THE company has spun how many PR's that did nothing to move it up... yet it kept a DW financier and Cryo-Cell takeover scheme quiet... ok! Does it make sense to keep that quiet if it was leaked in court... It would show up on a PUBLIC TRANSCRIPT from the courthouse... Why would he keep it quiet? It never happened!
