Interesting? My guess is that we won't hear anything (positive or negative) until after the court date on Friday. Hopefullly, Matt annouces winning the case and closing Mexico in one PR. That would be SWEET! I do not have my hopes up because I don't think we have the money to close Mexico even if we win in court. All I can do is hope.

Pick. 90 days from Dec 3 (the day they signed the LOI) which is tomorrow if counting everyday (weekend included) including the Dec 3.

90 days usually does not include days in which business can not be completed, i.e. weekends.

The 90 days isn't up until next week.

 
 December 3rd to 31st = 28 days 
 January 2011         = 31 days 
 February 2011        = 22 days (so far) 
                Total = 81 days 
 

So we still have another 9. And I think that weekends do count, so we should know for sure by next Thursday. At this point, I have very little hope that we have the money accessible and the deal will close. It's one of those rare instances where I would love nothing more than to be proven wrong, but things are looking rather bleak imo.
