We should know somthing about the CC Mex deal by March 8th. The LOI stated 90 days from Dec. 8th.

The RS record date is March 10th, right? That gives investors two days to get out or buy more after hearing the news on where the Mexico deal stands. I hope it is good news. However, I don't think the funding is available. I hope I am wrong. IMO Matt will tell us the deal is postponed until the RS because he can't get the funding without the split.
