Budget I dont to know why we should get our certs. But anyone who might just listen to you is going to be really pissed when they decide they want to sell but can not until they send the box full of certs to their broker.
Is this the new ACDU fad you are trying to start? I thought it was hopping on the dilution machine. That was squashed and now its on to certs??? What good can come from holding your certs?
