No, Gump. This is not knuckle-rapping time. The SEC skipped over that, and now they've brought out the heavy artillery.

CMKX has been promising to file for nearly a year now, so I very much doubt that the judge will be impressed by further promises.

Will the judge allow them to continue ripping off future prospective shareholders. The courts also have an obligation to that and it looks like Judge Murray is more concerned about that as well.
If they are not revoked. it will get uglier and uglier as the truth behind these crooks comes out
