The heading of the data provided clearly shows "(per Transfer Agent)", yet "Don" posted updated share structure information earlier......effective the same date.....quoting the specific wording of the email sent to him by the Transfer Agent. It did not include the phrase that you chose to emphasize. I don't believe that the Transfer Agent is in a position to determine how many shares are "being closely held by mgt." Was that information provided by the Transfer Agent, as indicated, was it provided by company personnel or was it provided by their IR representative? Did whoever provided that information also indicate the identity of the holder(s) and number of shares that came off restriction? The number of restricted shares actually went UP since the previous Ibox reported numbers. So, if some shares came off restriction, an even larger number of restricted shares were ISSUED. Were the recipient(s) and number of the new restricted shares identified?
If the information was provided by the company or its representatives, were they asked when the more official and widely recognized source of that data, OTCMarkets.com, might be updated? http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GRNO/company-info
See this link for the information originally posted in the IBOX on 2/18. I assume it was posted by Don. I also repeated an earlier post that shows shares coming off of restriction. But they came off of restriction in the 4th quarter, not when the pumps were going on.
I would like to know the source for the information bolded in that post. It sounds reasonable, I'm not questioning it, just wondering where the info came from and why it was removed.
