Gimmie, Lets see if I can help you with a few of those questions.

The reverse split was not the main problem with NVSR. The problem was they made some bad blunders in getting way ahead of themselves and not being able to deliver on their early projections for sales and profitability. A reverse split is usually seen as a bad thing. It is also seen as a company just reducing their share count so they can sell more shares and rip off the shareholders and the gullible public. This is often seen in scams, which I repeat NVSR is not. They still have a very, very , small amount of shares in the public float. Remember the original post split price was one dollar and seventy five cents. ($1.75) We now trade at .05 cents. We are a dollar seventy below the post split price. Hello people. Did you just hear what I said? I we just go back to the post split price, which was close to the 52 week low on the stock at that time, we will be trading at $1.75 a share. That's 2,400% from where we are now. Ray Charles and Steavie Wonder could see this is a bargain stock.

Sorry gimmie, but I got screwed way more than Dave at that time. I had hundreds of thousands of shares. In fact once the share price split and started to slip I sold them all and took it as a tax loss. I made the mistake of buying back in under a dollar and it never stopped going down till it hit .0080. With the run up last week and all the shares I was able to get at .02 and lower, I have recouped all of my losses and intend to make a small fortune on this puppy.

Another thing my friend. There are always going to be sellers in these markets. Flippers amd momentum players are always looking for these kind of plays. They jump in hoping to make a nice percentage on their investment, and once they win or loose they are gone. They could care less about the story of why it is moving up, they just wany to take their little part away from it. That's why you see this stock move so fast eventhough most of them trade small ammounts of shares at a time. 5 and 10 thousand share trades move the price as much as 100,000 share trades. One big seller or a bunch of small ones can move the price of this thinly traded stock real quick. We saw this action both ways last week.

I am one of those "longs" too that has been screwed by this company.
I bought 95.000 shares @ 0.037 for 2515,43€ and 280.000 shares @ 0.014 (to average down) for 2702,12€. All befor the RS.
For the first I bought, I got these wonderfull dividents of 10%.
So now I have 2500 shares and 63 dividents.
I am feeling very sad for myself and all the other longs because we are the ones that made NVSR to the company they are right now.
But what do we get! Nothing at all.
Even @ these prices I loose let's say 98% of my money.
It would be fair that NVSR should pay out these dividents multiplied by 150 (RS was 1/150). I don't think they care about there shareholders, that is my opinion.

On the other hand, if I should have averaged down when the shareprice was 0.015 and for the same amount of money I bought, I should have been a winner. But what I am telling now was impossible, because I had to buy 500.000 shares, and these were not available at these cheap days.
