Is dilution in the near future? As you said scam companies RS just to start the process over again - diluting/RS/diluting/RS. I am sure NVSR is a real company but don't you think they will need financing to be able to produce more components for additional business opportunties? I can't seem to find any information about their finances. Something to think about, I suppose.
They still have 84,000,000 shares authorized and available. While still small with comparisons to other penny stocks, it's fairly easy for a company to increase that.
I have been watching NVSR since the pump and dump from Penny Stock Chaser (convicted scam company themselves), even lost a little money with NVSR then. I do hope they are the 'real deal' this time around - sure screwed a lot of people out of a lot of money in the past.
