I don't know.. Are the same rules apply from NYSE to the OTC board. I would assume YES. Will there be another 14a filed with the same or different split ratio. I don't know
To be very honest, never went through an R/S so I am learning as I go.
You know a very intelligent man once said. Faith is being willing to take the first step without seeing the staircase. (something to that affect.)
ML i am looking at what was accomplished with what was given to the company over the past few years. I would say they did pretty darn good.
Now they are asking for more!!!! Do you give it to them or not.
If we don't we are stuck in sub penny land for a while and if they do really great and keep same share structure we would be very happy to see .03 cents.
Now I understand 1 million shares bought at .0004 has a chance of a 100 bucks per click. Thats where everyone is upset I believe. If you hit someones pocket book they do get upset quickly.
aND RIGHTFULLY SO.
But on the other hand the company wants to grow prior to this expectation of 2015 and how much money this industry is going to be. Think about that for a bit. Do we want to be sitting in a strong position to acquire and grow or do we want to be where we are today waiting for the profit, which will come in time, and then grow from there. Both are nice but the urgency is there NOW.
You have documented many cases where consoldation is happening NOW. If the company doesn't get them in a better position to participate in this they they are left out.
Really how many companies trade on the market. There isn't many in this industry right now comparative to other sectors.
I'm sure they (companies BOD) are much smarter then I in this field. I'm sure they consulted many experts on how and what to do, Sure I can question it, thats are duty. But instead of proving them wrong I hope I can prove they are right.
There are both pros and cons to both sides of this deal. I agree.
It's definitly a bumpy road we are on. Just waiting to see how it plays out.
One thing I do know is that nothing is set in stone.
except for 10 big rules...
