#1, The judgement is the responsibility of GDHI. It is up to them to collect reimbursement from Diamond.

#2, Not reporting it is a violation. Even though GDHI is deregistered, there are still minimal standards they must observe.

***BTW*** Still waiting or you to point out exacly where they are reporting that judgment in their reports as you alleged. It ain't there, whodis, it ain't there.
