So what's your point. If their is a judgement, it is untimately the responsiblity of of the previous owners. If this guy really has a judgement against GDHI (i have not seen any proof that he does, only proof that there was a case on the docket), then GDHI can get a judgement agains the prior owners in enforcement of their hold harmless agreement. Either way, GDHI did not default on any payments, and they will be reimburst for any amounts they may ever be found liable for. In other words, EVEN IF THERE IS A JUDGEMENT, IT'S A NON ISSUE, NOT A FLY IN ANYONES ANYTHING! It's all just fodder to occupy your time since there is nothing else to talk about.
