You are dead wrong that liabilities transfer with the company! I showed you where it said specifically that GDHI would NOT be responsible for any of Diamond's liabilities, past, current or future. It was agreed to by all of the parties, signed, sealed and delivered. It was one of the conditions of closing.

Keep an eye on Elliot and if he is working you could have his wages garnished or satisfy the judgment in some other way, but you are barking up the wrong tree if you expect GDHI to pay it.

I suggest that before you continue with you spilling of accusations without looking or reading of the transferring of contracts or the release of liability, perhaps you should leave until you find any bindings if it still holds in the contract from one company to the other! or if all three are still legally considered an entity? Otherwise SEC may slap violations of Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5 under the Exchange Act. I do not own any stock in GDHI but I would not own anything from a company that does not even have a U.S. bank account, current financial's, or any real news with actual sales data and metrics. I think Ichimoku is Pierre who was the former CEO of Diamond. He probably maintained a large portion of shares (unrestricted and free trading) since he is not an officer anymore and is pumping this stock. Give us your real identity Ichimoku? How would you know anything about grips?

That is fine and great but liabilities always transfer with the company. They performed a reverse merger into an entity with liabilities. They are still responsible for the claims but then GDHI clearly has a claim against Pierre. Diamond is GDHI! That is what you need to understand. Those are standard warranties and are only as good as the individual giving them. I do not care about that warranty as my judgment is against the entity.

TLusby I hate it that you never got paid on your invoices and had to resort to a judgement. Unfortunately GDHI has little cash, no funding, is not profitable, must issue shares to survive and brought in just $3,664 in gross profits before expenses last quarter. With the share structure maxed out and the business plan a bust I suspect there will soon be many other unpaid invoices.
