You are dead wrong that liabilities transfer with the company! I showed you where it said specifically that GDHI would NOT be responsible for any of Diamond's liabilities, past, current or future. It was agreed to by all of the parties, signed, sealed and delivered. It was one of the conditions of closing.

Keep an eye on Elliot and if he is working you could have his wages garnished or satisfy the judgment in some other way, but you are barking up the wrong tree if you expect GDHI to pay it.
