Banker as Dean worked on all these acquisitions did he make stock part of these deals? My question is with 1.5 billion o/s what amount of those shares where issued to any of them as part of deals? After Centaflix merger are there in that 1.5 billion o/s still shares already set aside for other deals? If not and stock to be part of any new deals where would it come from?
