Rocky123, that information is for you to decipher and come to your own conclusion. We also made 2 offers to buy out Cryo-Cell and were rejected. Cryo-Cell costs a lot more than Mexico, but amazingly we were trying to buy them out behind the scenes? Nothing on the surface is ever what it seems; my opinion is that verbiage is a ploy. In all actuality it could be true; we already know our main objective is Cryo-Cell, not Mexico (; Maybe our funds are already obligated and this LOI is forcing CCEL to cooperate and see from a business standpoint how this acquisition would affect their balance sheet, and future. It's a hostile action (that resulted in court, which is great for us) and now we have their undivided attention when before they wouldn't even sit at the table with us; one of many various tactics a company can use for a hostile takeover. This is my opinion and I am not looking for buy in; people will ultimately make their own decision, as they should.
