sf, you are mistaken. That annuity model has not led to profits and has required DILUTION to keep this going. That annuity is now Forcing a 500:1 RS. Is that success? Is that the plan more of the same? God help us if that is it.

Matt if you are monitoring the 500:1 RS is a bad plan. I don't see how this new plan will benefit me as a CBAI shareholder. Maybe it's smoke & mirrors but from where I am the negative impact is very real. Unless more of the plan can be offered to show how I profit I must vote No.
