That is correct,according to what I do/ dont read...the SEC is making the mistakes...RR=OD...TA is gagged,we dont talk about that...financers,thats a secret(but 1 investor knows,and wont tell,lol)...KATX started distribution process in Aug. 2010,but law firm did not forsee the SEC asking any questions...SEC is satisfied,no more questions,2 months later,we still wait...RR assays are delayed,even after PR states"could be 2 more weeks",now its 5 weeks...50 milion shares unaccounted for...Blog is not used...what is next?
