Part of this has been clarified numerous times. The results were anticipated being received back in approximately two weeks as of January 7th release. There was no promise from the company that thee assay results would be released in two weeks. Your statement is building a straw man apparently to make the company look disingenuous. It has not lied, but merely has not met some individuals' expectations.

The PR statement as quoted by you is incorrect. You quote, "could be 2 more weeks". The actual statement from the PR was "it may still be a couple more weeks before results are received." Aside from misquoting you have suggest KATX gave a specific number of weeks. Rather, they rightfully used couple which some interpret as two although some interpret as 2/3.
