Nope, always an excuse for Management

Either
The firm took Katx for a ride
Hence the CEO is responsible for a bad decision..

Or possibly, Katx was not willing to conform with standards,
The SEC did not like Katx's descriptions
Who is to say Management did not get in the way of the Law Firm..

Either way, not much got done.....
