I have also heard there is NO dilution. There are some heavy shareholders from the old ZLUS, but the old ZLUS Management and new ZLUS Management are not selling shares, imo...

Also heard there are no negatives; however, resolving the debt issue should be discussed in a future PR.

Even though IR is still out of the country, I expect an update some time this week.

The skeptical posters are healthy for Board discussion and make valid points.....which Management will have to address as soon as practicable.

Web site...well, not much of a priority to me right now.

sorry Art--Dilution comes in many forms, weather the company or old shareholders or who knows what----Hdsn dumped over 30 mill shares on the shareholders here---Not saying it was the company but until the filling come out ill assume the worst and not 3d hand gossip for now---I do agree with you as far as the price coming down to a very attractive level and should be expecting the old voices coming back--Good luck

Nice info all. It's very easy to create FUD (fear uncertainty, doubt) to pry shares...I for one believe this one is worth the wait. I'm glad the company has a "go get it" attitude and look forward to positive updates here soon.

According to this way of thinking, would .001 be a better buy? How about .0008? That where this is headed. Not because of the lack of news either. It is going to happen either way. When they put out the PR which outlines the percentage the company owns and the rate of oil per day this will head south faster than it is now.
