I am going to have to disagree with you on the word 'dilution'--
There is only one form of dilution---whether it is good or bad dilution--
Dilution is the expansion of the OS---- shares taken from the AS and then issued by the company, to be included in the OS--
A lot of people confuse the OS and the FLOAT---the float can expand and contract as people buy, hold and later sell---and these peopls include all the "insiders" as well as you and me --
And , yes, the manipulation of the FLOAT can affect the pps ---
