What business plan exactly are you talking about? I have seen nothing from Rainbolt or Adkins.

IMO the business plan is layed out pretty clearly in the last several PRs.

And, yes, I can absolutely understand coming home and being bombarded with calls about my company, it is called creditors and business partners, and yes, we are also helping fund his company.

How exactly are we funding this company? There was no IPO. Any money provided by shareholders of ZLUS was squandered by Ault and crew long ago.

What plan????? Please submit anything that shows a plan other than we are looking for oil, looking for other wells, etc. They have no financing mentioned or how they are going to actually produce this plan you state they have.

I mean really, his kids could put together a template site with contact information, management bios, logo, etc.

Would you want a professional website or one put together by kids? Professional corporate websites take time and cost money. It will come in time.

Rainbolt chose to take over a public company, he has no privacy.

Just because he runs a public company doesnt mean his family should be subject to harrassing phone calls and tasteless, classless commentary.

Again I am not saying this company is a sure thing and by no means am I pumping it. I am saying that management to date has hurdled several obstacles and has yet to PR what has been going on behind the scenes. IMO the PR will be worth the wait. Best of luck to you.
