Your comment about revenue or a website makes no sense. Revenue is obvious, but come on, now you are making it sound like Rainbolt is spending time on the wells and cannot go home and create a website. That is funny. I don't know of any company that does not even have a domain that says under construction.
If you were getting hammered with emails and phone calls from shareholders, wouldn't you have your kids or secratary or someone put a flippin template up so you seperate yourself from ZLUS/Ault?
I am not saying it is a deal killer, just another red flag.
And finally, when everyone says that Rainbolt and Adkins have so many things on their plate, well, wouldn't investor relations just be another one of those items you would need to deal with as a CEO of a public company? Oh, that's right, Patterson was in Viet Nam for a month. Well, that holds no water either since Gary Patterson referred me directly to Kevin Adkins by name and gave me his email address and number.
I guess if one of your closest advisors or friends referred someone to you, you would blow that off completely? I doubt it.
Whatever, I sold 4 million yesterday and still have 6, so I hope and pray you are right. Although, I don't think we have a chance until new money comes in, because anyone already in will jump as soon as they can, or atleast sell to cover any initial investment.
