Company has been in discussion with multiple funding investors and the recent filings should help finalize the long-awaited funds for operation.

Permits should also be in place soon as the horrors of Haiti have calmed down... and the Jamaica coastline is going to be ours, imo.

Company press releases are to follow the filings. I expect the first of next week.

The only thing I would add to that is that there is 24mil share waiting to be returned to the treasury.

So we should see a reduction to the O/S soon IMO.

float was 297,450,822sh a year ago,,,,now is over 500mill.,,,the exact numbers I can't get ,,, Bobby no longer seems to have the present numbers, AND HERBERT HAS THE NEW T/A GAGGED,,,, why would they do that,,, that's approx. 200mill. more shares than a year ago,, now take an average of .0015 pps , that's $300,000.00 dollars in the last year,, how will their financials reflect that expenditure ????????????

That is 1 year old and there has been no news for almost a year. It was a bounce play form last weeks lows. That is it. Be careful not to let the door hit you on the way down.
