Agents earn their salary by customers buying and selling homes. You implied that GD could pay KW Agents a commission by bringing in customers to GD. Guard Dog cannot pay an agent for bringing in a customer, this is a RESPA Violation. The only way they could is if KW and Guard Dog had a joint business venture set up, this would make it legal. They do not have a Venture set up, BELIEVE me if they did EVERY agent would be pushing GD!!
