amrwonderful, based on what I elicited from the oral argument scheduling from CAFC website, these were dates of the oral arguments whereupon the decisions were issued today:

Ellix: interesting that all of these are nonprecedential. Does this file happen to state when each of these were heard? I am trying to correlate that the longer we don't hear, the better chance for a decision in IDCCs favor.

Some of the decisions were very short "affirmations" -- a one-line dismissal of the appeal. These cases were pretty much cut and dried -- some of them very freshly argued (02-08-2011).
