Absolutely, I've said it tooooooo many times, its simple common sense, no need to dig too deep into other reasoning.
1: If he had high subscriptions, IMO he would yell it from a top of the empire state building(or in this case Orlando's magic kingdom castle dome) which would cause a huge spike in the PPS from where he could have raised more money from the dilution.
2: If he even had 50k subs(which IMO was complete BS) thats why he never confirmed it, he wouldn't ever need to dilute at these low levels because he would be bringing about 20 times more money from the subscription revenues than he does now by diluting at these pathetic levels.
You could hear in his tone on the CC that things are not going that great.
His outlandish projections of hundreds of millions and predictions of approaching 100k this 50k this was a complete BS to sell more shares.
Thats my opinion and I don't care if anyone disagrees with me here.
Its all in the open now, he knows he can't fool anyone any longer.
