please people. forget the "e" and SEC conspiricies. you are tilting at windmills. focus on HRCT's performance. rev and earnings growth will solve sp problems (if and when they deliver).
I say, and have said to HRCT, that our legal team should pursue the arrival of the HRCT 'E'. There is no way the SEC will be interested, if all we do is send e-mail to them. Now if we could get our Congressman interested, to ask for us, that might get some reaction.
That sounds like a really good idea, let's start a food fight with the SEC. NAAAAAAAAAA not! You want us to take on The SEC and for what purpose would be served. I was told as a young man, if your going to have a fight you should pick the time and place. This is not the time or place. IMHO :o)
