I agree with you and miller. It would cloud the issue, IMO. Nokia wants needs clarity, a single message.
Also, If they were going to settle IMO they would have done it already. Neither party has control over those judges dropping a bomb right in the middle of negotiations so my guess is a settlement is not in play.
