Totally agree. The responsibility of management is to increase shareholder value. A suit against proven liars is a waste of management time and money. They need to continue to focus on building this Chinese advertising empire. Screw this short term noise.

I strongly disagree. If CCME does not eliminate the cancer, a new IR firm, a new 10k, etc wil be worthless. You guys seem to think that Citron/ MW's actually believe the BS they are writing. They will keep doing this until they are stopped. You guys have done all the work for CCME and the SEC. If CCME doesn't force the SEC and their own lawyers to run with it, no 10k in the world will fix their problem. And they have to find out who is backing them.

Rudy Juliani dealt with the criminals before he cleaned up Times Square. I hope CCME doesn't try to do this backwards.
