So why have a hearing at all if it is just a formality ? Is this like your computer where Windows asks you " Do you really want to do this ? ". This would mean that the whole thing is a big joke .. which in my opinion it is. A Kangaroo Court at best. How can we be protected if they shut the co. down even if the filings are just about done ?
