I think it a mistake to underestimate Teva as a competitor (IF approved for tL).



I agree. They've smacked MNTA over and over on this one, despite not having the approval. WITH approval, I suspect they won't start playing nice all of a sudden.

I believe it is telling that HPG, was waiting for TEVA's product for the very reasons you listed, however they have moved on to Sandoz.

If approval were imminent why rock the boat if you were TEVA and or HPG?

This leads me to believe that the confidence level for t-enox is less than stellar. TEVA CC was good; it could have been A LOT worse. Looking forward to a bright year with MNTA
