They've smacked MNTA over and over on this one, despite not having the approval. WITH approval, I suspect they won't start playing nice all of a sudden.

Before approval, Teva has more influence on MNTA because the way the contract between MNTA and Sandoz was written. If Teva gets approval, MNTA and Sandoz contract is settled, then economics takes over. Teva competes against Sandoz.
