Large,

I too sense that Rosen is not through and will move to file his wrap, despite the sands of the hourglass having run out, and that the GSA is, and will not be, declared dead. No offense to THJMW; I just think that the complexity of what is allowable, even minimally, within the parameters of a BK proceeding is such a tightrope walk that there is still much he (Rosen) can do and remain in-bounds.

I do not think there will be a major run-up on commons because I do believe that movement is suppressed; but if it should, I am exactly with you on the idea of selling a part of my position and holding onto a core, in anticipation of a Rosen curve ball being thrown that sends the pps spinning back downward.

LG.. Judge will ask Rosen to clarify the viability of the GSA as it stands.. If he says it is dead, then no appeal is necessary and she certifies her order of denail of the Plan, therefore allowing new negotiations and maybe a new POR by other parties.

If he says it is active, then she certifies the appeal and he maintains his POR rights. He can stop the appeal by declaring the GSA dead. In My Opinion, He will say it is dead and we move on to other issues. I could be wrong, never under estimate a SHARK!

Hope this helps..
