fsshon, WOW...now that is what I WANT TO HAPPEN!!! I want clarity and if it is vague and not CRYSTAL CLEAR about the POR/GSA, then you will know that I will probably be right. How can Rosen have "POR rights" after denial?

Did I miss something in the BK law that allows a second chance POR after you get denied and prevents any other party from submitting an alternate POR? Just because her opinion states the reasons why the POR was denied and what she liked about it, it was still denied. There is nothing in the BK code about "Night of the Living Dead PORs" or "Bankruptcy CPR, Resuscitating your Dead POR" or "POR Afterlife, Life after Death for your Bankruptcy Plan" or "Messianic PORs, truly Divine PORs rise from the dead on the third try" or "Nobody gets to even try until it is really truly totally and completely denied and I mean every small part and piece of it denied" or "BR is in denial about being denied, so therefore he will just pretend it never really happened and tinker with his little POR off somewhere in his own little world" or "please make this satire movie playing in my head stop, just kill the damn thing before the suspense makes me crazy...............I was really on a roll there huh!
