I was just wondering if we paid them in unrestricted shares ,could they possibly be the mysterious seller we have witnessed for months? .0001 to the various PPS of the last months would be a windfall for what was little or no work,or as you say destructive work.
I ENTIRELY second your post....true,concise and straight to the point. Law firm did not delivered... they simply promised and received big money from Ken because of their big heads and supposedly great reputation, money they did not deserve.... in my opinion.
Biochemist2002 i enjoy reading your posts and your dd is the best on the board however i completely disagree with your take on the law firm.There is no way i believe this law firm is responsible for the cluster-uck that is the bvig distribution.This delay and deception is totally on Ken! No law firm especially a top firm can screw up filings this bad. I.M.O Ken is holding up the distribution to keep BVIG from tanking like KATX. This would certainly happen without news about hancamp phase 2 or a twilight distribution.
