His words seem plain and straight forward to me. There has been an ongoing thrust for months in his words indicating a desire for meeting regulatory requirements for getting KATX off the pinks, a process which is coming to fruition with KATG and soon for the remaining parts of KATX itself. Just a matter of time -- these things are not done over-night.
