I wonder if they're "priming" us for the share distribution or rolling KATX into Kat Gold.
That seems the logical explanation, or else they just wasted money on a meaningless PR for a stock with extremely limited liquidity. That would not make much sense, so I tend to feel the distribution is coming very soon...or the merging of KATX into Kat Gold.
