For a company that has strong management in place including fiscal control backed by with a strong financial base, SIRI/XM is a growing cash cow machine. Bring into the picture, as I said earlier, the low interest rate environment and the restructuring of the current debt with better terms that could be complete after a buy out would leverage further this cash cow potential.
Mean while SIRI continues to grow it's subscription base and content which in turn generates additional monthly/annual revenue flow.
