Big Owl .. this sort of fits into one of the nasty rumors does it not ? You know .. the one that rumored the hi-priced legal guys are now gone. You can be sure Ken is aware of the rumors but it is a mystery to me why he has done nothing so far to clarify anything.

Also the legal firm apparently represents HDSN as well as KATX and that appears to be a conflict of interest at the very least.

Last I heard, it was always the responsibility of a law firm to verify no conflicts of interest PRIOR to accepting business with a client.

BO, the law firm did the recommendation to Ken and since they are supposedly experts in their field and that we pay them BIG money, Ken did what they recommended. My opinion is that the law firm has been a money sucker to us and they sc.ewed up big time.
I think that Ken needs to have real grounded and experienced people with smaller heads, than our present (hopefully past)law firm.

Small correction, our present law firm is affiliated to NITE and not HDSN.

I originally accepted a previously stated premises that NITE
(I erroneously stated HDSN) used the same Legal Firm that KATX used. It appears that may not be the case. I have been trying to establish a direct link with Gusrae, Kaplan, Bruno and Nusbaum, LLC with either NITE or HDSN, but I can not establish any connection at all. Unless I can verify that the KATX Law Firm has such a connection, then I can not say that there in fact is a connection.

I am still not happy with the SEC BVIG Filing process handled by the KATX legal team, but I just can not verify any link at all between the Market Makers NITE or HDSN and KATX / BVIG. Does anyone have a specific link that shows that there is such a connection?

I will be away for the day on Monday. Hope we get a nice positive Press Release.
