This is a pink sheet stock. Pink sheet stocks are not required to file with SEC (for the most part) and KATX still does better than a lot of pink sheet stocks when it comes to providing information...limited as it now is. That being said, the next filing with OTC Markets should clarify about the status of the legal firm with KATX, I would think.

Mr.Gump, I have been on this board little over a year, and you are shore the most diligent poster, and you do not OWN any shares of KATX, you said. I will recommend you for a NOBEL Price.
I wish you saved me from few other exploration mining companies where I have lost my shirt, but you are not posting on any of those boards, you just care for KATX......
