Possibly and again I'm not doubting you, but this board has gotten away from providing facted based DD and has mostly recently relied on rumors, supposedly Stead E-mails, and second-hand conversations.

If the law firm was supposed to be SEC savy and have lots of SEC Filing experience, why has the BVIG Share Distribution been so long delayed?

First the application for the distribution was done electronically when it was not eligible for an electronic filing in the first place. I blame the legal firm for this.

Then KATX apparently decided to amend the manual filing that was sent to replace the first electronic filing. Apparently the amended manual filing was not handled to specifications or to the satisfaction of the SEC. I am sure that there is some responsibility or blame that goes at the feet of KATX (SEC concerned about continued BVIG financing), but for the most part I can only believe that the legal firm has not properly handled the SEC paperwork. (MY OPINION ONLY).

Also the legal firm apparently represents HDSN as well as KATX and that appears to be a conflict of interest at the very least.

We may never hear the entire story here. But if KATX does replace their legal firm, I suspect it will be for good reason.
